From Valerie's field journal

Valerie has been exploring the woods and gathering plants since she was a young girl. Over a decade of studying herbalism has deepened that lifelong connection, inspiring her to create preparations shaped by the needs of her friends and family.

Many of the herbs in our products are foraged or grown on our farm in East Tennessee.
